Load Current Selection and Transformer Configuration
1. For a load of 100A: Employ a 100A/100mA transformer to achieve a precise 4VDC, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy in your power regulation.
2. For a load of 150A: Choose an exceptional 200A/100mA transformer to ensure a precise 3VDC, safeguarding your system with unwavering accuracy.
In the initial scenario, there is no requirement to adjust the P5 potentiometer. However, in the subsequent scenario, fine-tuning the P5 potentiometer becomes essential. With a current of 150A, the signal derived from the current transformer registers at merely 75mA. Post-amplification, the CT voltage is a modest 3VDC, indicating that the trigger board cannot adequately shield the system. To address this, the P5 potentiometer must be recalibrated so that, with a current signal of 75A, the CT voltage achieves an optimal 4VDC.
