The zero-crossing adjustment mechanism ingeniously operates at the sine wave's zero point, utilizing a complete sine wave cycle for power modulation. P3 Potentiometer: Tailor Your Current Limits
The P3 potentiometer serves as a current limiter, preset to adjust the output voltage automatically when CT voltage exceeds 4VDC, maintaining it below this threshold. Users can customize the P3 setting based on specific field requirements, offering adaptability and precision control.
 
P4 Potentiometer: Defining Precision in Phase Determination
The P4 potentiometer is expertly adjusted at the factory to determine phase accurately, ensuring optimal performance. Unauthorized alterations may lead to false triggers, hence it remains steadfastly preset for precision.

P5 Potentiometer: Amplification with Accuracy
The P5 potentiometer is designed for amplification, skillfully converting the AC 0-100mA current signal into a DC 0-4V voltage, known as CT voltage. With a factory setting of 100mA corresponding to 4V, it offers flexibility for on-site adjustments, enabling customized solutions.
Load Current Selection & Transformer Compatibility
1. For a 100A load: Transformer 100A/100mA yields 4VDC
2. For a 150A load: Transformer 200A/100mA yields 3VDC
In the first scenario, there is no need to set the P5 potentiometer. However, in the second scenario, the P5 potentiometer must be adjusted because at 150A, the signal from the current transformer is only 75mA. After amplification, the CT voltage is only 3VDV, which means the trigger board cannot effectively protect the system. In this case, the P5 potentiometer should be reset so that when the current signal is 75A, the CT voltage is 4VDC. The CT voltage can be measured on the trigger board using a multimeter; refer to the specific position marked in the figure below to locate it on the trigger board
