1. For a load of 100A: Use a 100A/100mA transformer to achieve an exact 4VDC output for precise applications.
2. For a demanding 150A load: Opt for a resilient and steadfast 200A/100mA transformer. This selection will not only ensure a precise 3VDC output but also guarantee optimal performance and reliability.
In the initial scenario, adjusting the P5 potentiometer is unnecessary. However, in the subsequent scenario, the precision adjustment of the P5 potentiometer is vital. At a current of 150A, the transformer's signal registers a mere 75mA. Once amplified, the CT voltage stands at a modest 3VDC, which is insufficient for the trigger board to offer adequate system protection. To rectify this, recalibrate the P5 potentiometer so that when the current signal reads 75A, the CT voltage elevates to an effective 4VDC. Carefully measure the CT voltage on the trigger board using a multimeter.
