The maximum time for each segment is 99 hours and 59 minutes, and the program can be cycled 9999 times. When the power is off on site, the program can continue to run from the power off, and the parameters in operation can also be modified. Compared with the FP21 of Shimadzu, only the accuracy and LCD window are different.
(2)6 groups of no-overshoot PID algorithms, including 6 groups of independent output limiting parameters and 6 groups of independent anti-overshoot simulation coefficients, which are set to the curve in a matching manner to achieve the best match between the adjustment parameters, output power, anti-overshoot and anti-undershoot in different temperature zones.
(3)Advanced regional PID (zone) technology enables PID parameters to be automatically converted according to changes in the three zones: low temperature zone, medium temperature zone, and high temperature zone.
(4)If the system design power is too large, the output limiting function can be used. It can also limit the maximum/minimum opening of the valve, reduce the surge current when power is on, match the temperature/resistance characteristics of special loads such as silicon carbon rods, silicon molybdenum rods, and platinum heaters, and solve the contradiction between the vacuum degree of the vacuum furnace and the heating power.
(5)The three sets of independent event relays provided can set 16 events and 9 alarms: upper and lower absolute values, upper and lower deviation values, deviation value internal/external alarm mode, and can further set the alarm hysteresis and processing countermeasures. Other events are program running, step skipping, end mark, hold and platform ensuring, etc.
(6)The above events can also be expanded through the output of four groups of 0ºC doors D01-D04 (optional).
(7)The two sets of time-scale outputs TS1 and TS2 provided can be programmed according to the curve, which is equivalent to a time sequence controller to complete auxiliary controls such as opening and closing the furnace door.
(8)The four sets of external switch DI inputs provided can conveniently select program execution/reset, hold, step skip, set value/program, simplifying the complex keyboard operation.
(9)In high-quality heat treatment processes, it is necessary to ensure precise processing time when entering the insulation zone (platform). The allowable deviation when the temperature reaches the platform can be set, and the program will be automatically delayed until the deviation caused by system lag or overshoot is overcome. After the temperature reaches the platform, the program in the insulation zone will start timing.
Energy-saving servo start, the first program jumps to the actual furnace temperature point to start execution, rather than waiting for the set value at the beginning of the program, effectively saving energy and time.
(10)Isolated digital communication interface (option), RS232C or RS485 (port address 1 to 255), multiple communication protocols.
(11)Analog transmission output (option): optional measurement value set value, deviation value and adjustment output transmission for on-site data recording. It can also be combined with multiple three-circuit MR13 or analog remote control instruments to form multi-temperature zone programmable temperature control.
(12)The "P" output of the FP93 regulator is compatible with our company's ultra-high power SSR, frequency zero-crossing unit, and power regulation unit.
(13)The "I" (4~20mA) output of the FP93 regulator can be used in conjunction with the single-phase or three-phase voltage/power regulation trigger board of Shimaden Brand and the Our "FUANSHI" brand power regulator.
