Moreover, it possesses excellent tensile strength, lightweight properties, exceptional thermal stability, and minimal shrinkage. Chemical Composition: Predominantly Alumina, AlO ≥45%; Silica, SiO ≥52%; Zirconia, ZrO ≥13%. Thermal Conductivity: At 400°C - 0.10 W/m.k, 600°C - 0.13 W/m.k, 800°C - 0.19 W/m.k, 1000°C - 0.16 W/m.k, and 1200°C - 0.22 W/m.k. Heating Wire Shrinkage (°Cx24H): ≤3% at 1000°C, ≤3.5% at 1200°C, ≤4% at 1400°C, and ≤4% at 1500°C. Tensile Strength: Available at 0.6 Mpa, 0.2 Mpa, 0.25 Mpa. Loss on Ignition: ≤5%. Available in 1220mm width, with customizable width and thickness options to meet your specific requirements.
