Matching heat sinks B20~B80 are single-phase heat sinks; B140~B360 are three-phase heat sinks; B90 is a three-phase two-control heat sink. Square solid-state dimensions: 60X38×18.3mm, installation hole distance 47.5mm, rectangular solid-state dimensions: 94×30X42.7mm, installation hole distance 80mm.
Ordering example: SA-240-Z means the package form is square type, the working voltage is 220VAC, the effective working current is 40A, and the working mode is zero-voltage type.
