Thermal conductivity: Dependable values of 0.10 W/m.k at 400°C, 0.13 W/m.k at 600°C, 0.19 W/m.k at 800°C, 0.16 W/m.k at 1000°C, and 0.22 W/m.k at 1200°C. Heating wire shrinkage (°Cx24H): Remarkably controlled at ≤3% at 1000°C, ≤3.5% at 1200°C, and ≤4% both at 1400°C and 1500°C. Tensile strength: Ranges from 0.6 Mpa to 0.25 Mpa. Loss on ignition is reliably low at ≤5%. Customization: Available in a standard 1220mm width, with options for custom widths and thicknesses to meet your specific needs.
