This results in minimal fluctuations on voltmeter and ammeter readings. When used with multiple regulators, this method significantly reduces current concentration, maintains a high power factor, and mitigates power grid pollution. However, it cannot limit instantaneous currents, making it less suitable for inductive and variable resistance loads, while remaining ideal for constant resistance applications.

The P3 potentiometer is a master in current limiting, with a default configuration that automatically reduces output voltage when CT voltage exceeds 4VDC, keeping it below this threshold. Users can fine-tune the P3 setting based on specific field conditions for optimal performance.
P4 Potentiometer: Phase Determination Precision
The P4 potentiometer is crucial for phase determination. Factory pre-set for optimal performance, it should remain unchanged to avoid false triggering, ensuring consistent and accurate operation.

P5 Potentiometer: Amplification Mastery
The P5 potentiometer excels in amplification, skillfully converting an AC 0-100mA current signal into a DC 0-4V voltage, known as CT voltage. The factory default is set to 100mA corresponding to 4V, but it allows for precise on-site adjustments to meet specific needs, such as:
Load Current Selection and Transformer Configuration
1. For a load of 100A: Use a 100A/100mA transformer to achieve 4VDC
2. For a load of 150A: Select a 200A/100mA transformer to obtain 3VDC
In the first scenario, there is no need to set the P5 potentiometer. However, in the second scenario, the P5 potentiometer must be adjusted because at 150A, the signal from the current transformer is only 75mA. After amplification, the CT voltage is only 3VDV, which means the trigger board cannot effectively protect the system. In this case, the P5 potentiometer should be reset so that when the current signal is 75A, the CT voltage is 4VDC. The CT voltage can be measured on the trigger board using a multimeter; refer to the specific position marked in the figure below to locate it on the trigger board
